Teams of 3:
AMRAP 12 min; 3 Stations
#1 = Medicine Ball Cleans
#2 = Push-ups
#3 = Lunges

One team member starts at each station, once teammate is finished with lunges they go to MBC’s and take off on # of reps that first teammate left off on, then that person goes to push-ups and takes off on # of reps other teammate left off on. Continue for 12 minutes, team with most total reps wins!

Do one pull-up the 1st minute, two the 2nd minute, three the 3rd…until you can’t complete the number of reps in the minute. Minimum is 10.
