CROSSFIT SCHEDULING

  • Scheduling is by appointments only

  • They can be 1-on-1 or up to 4 people at each time session

  • Times other than during regular hours can possibly be scheduled for 2 or more people

Hours:

Monday-Friday

5:00am – 10:30am (last appointment)

3:30pm – 6:30pm (last appointment)

Saturday

Open gym 8am-10am

Sunday

8am – 10am
